This 1.5" collar is designed to attract attention to the wearer. Each has 3 identical D-rings, with buckle fastener in the back with yet one more D-ring. Available with nickel, black oxide, and sold brass hardware. These collars are one-size and will fit up to a 16" neck comfortably. Custom sizes are available.
